"I'm looking to purchase medical health insurance . My money is 10"Hitandrun crash"I'm twenty years old and only started having driving lessons. I am thinking of buying a car but have no idea about car  insurance . I realize it'd be larger for 17-19 year-olds but do I qualify like a youthful driver if I starting as being a driver and just 'm 20 even though itis a first auto? I love Volkswagen Beetles but wish a car on which the  insurance     won't low. I am a girl and live-in Greater (West) London.
